No. Club tier includes 5 users, Estate includes 20, Portfolio is unlimited. You are not penalized for onboarding your full team.

Yes. Estate and Portfolio tiers include data migration. We import member records, inventory catalog, and vendor history via CSV or direct export from your current system.
